Fonctionnement
Nine brush rollers (1000 mm long) rotate in counter-rotating pairs driven by a 2.2 kW motor. Produce passes through the brush bed where mechanical friction against the bristles strips skin, while dedicated automatic high-pressure spray nozzles continuously rinse the surface. Forward or reverse rotation allows control of product transit speed and cleaning aggressiveness.
