Six SS304 plough blades on a 133 mm horizontal shaft (driven by 11 kW motor + K107 reducer) lift and throw material into a fluidised cloud inside the SS304 drum, while three 2.2 kW high-speed choppers create intensive shear zones. An integrated spray bar with two spray heads can introduce liquid binder or coating agent. A pneumatic SS304 discharge valve with 63 mm x 200 mm cylinder discharges the batch.
