Tablets and capsules pass through the Φ30 mm detection coil. Digital signal processing identifies electromagnetic disturbances caused by ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel particles. Upon detection, a three-clamp reject mechanism is triggered with an adjustable delay of 0.3–5 s to remove contaminated product from the line.
