Fonctionnement
The tooth-disc high-speed rotating knife and fixed knife perform impact and shear grinding. Strong airflow generated during crushing carries heat and finished product through the screen — fineness is controlled by sieve selection. Materials are further crushed by impact and grinding between active and fixed fluted discs of the ultrafine unit; product enters the capture bag via centrifugal force; dust is filtered and recovered through a bag-filter pulse dust-removal box.
