Fonctionnement

After power-up, electro-thermal elements rapidly heat the upper and lower heating blocks. When temperature reaches setpoint, the operator feeds the bag's open edge between two sealing belts; the belts pull the bag through the heating zone where heat and roller pressure melt and fuse the plastic. The seal passes a cooling block to set, and an embossing/solid-ink coding wheel imprints date/lot marks on the seal area. Sealing and conveyor speeds are infinitely variable.

Nettoyage et entretien

Allow heating blocks to cool before servicing. Belt replacement: remove protective cover → rotate lifting piece 90° on heating/cooling block → loosen embossing wheel and mid pressure-wheel spring → remove leading belt → push driven wheel toward heating block → swap sealing belt → reset driven wheel, heating/cooling blocks, embossing wheel → adjust tension via side screws (right = tighten). Clean ink residue from coding station each shift.
