Fonctionnement

The coating drum rotates clockwise. Syrup/coating mixture is sprayed in batches onto rolling tablets for even coating. Hot air from the inner heating coil (2 kW) + outer heating element (2 kW) + blower (200 W) dehydrates moisture to produce finished sugar-coated or film-coated tablets. Drum elevation 15°–45° is adjusted to keep tablets at the best movement curve.

Nettoyage et entretien

Wipe machine exterior with clean wet towel before/after each shift; open machine and wipe inside; wipe drum first with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol. After each batch remove drum and rinse residual powder. For long downtime: wipe body, oil all parts to prevent rust, cover. Copper drum: coat surface with oil for anti-oxidation. Lubricate chain and adjustment knob monthly with oil (0–35 °C) or every 3 months with grease (outside that range). Replace speed-reducer oil every 6 months. Dust electrical cabinet weekly.
