Fonctionnement

Disposable syringes are loaded into the elevator hopper, lifted, oriented in the sort station, sensor-checked for missing items, then distributed across 14 channels. Each channel feeds a syringe into a pre-formed PE tubular film bag. 14 tubular-film rolls feed via servo and stepper drives through buffer, colour-mark detection, and cutting zones. The filled bags are sealed with cold-cut bilateral heat sealing (flat cut with tear notch), then conveyed, organised and counted.

Nettoyage et entretien

Daily: blow out residual debris before start-up; check air pressure and triplet lubricator oil. Hopper / elevator / sorter drive chains: grease monthly. Rails and linear sliders: grease weekly. Sealer gears: grease weekly. Centrifuge / inspector / hopper bearings: grease every 6 months. Allow sealer to cool below 60°C before switching off sealing unit.
