Fonctionnement

Sterilized 5 ml vials enter the machine on an infeed mesh belt and are pushed onto the central large dividing wheel. The vials index under the filling station where 10 peristaltic-pump filling needles track each vial vertically and dose the metered liquid without dripping. After fill the central wheel hands the vials to a transition wheel which delivers them to the stoppering station; a roller-style rotary tracking turret picks a stopper from the SS304 vibratory bowl, rotates and presses it into the vial neck (half- or full-stopper as configured). Filled and stoppered vials exit via the discharge wheel.
