SED-10-12-12YTG-F is a high-speed liquid filling-stoppering-capping monoblock for 5 ml plastic bottles, configured with a 10-head independent-servo tracking filler, 12-head planetary stopper and 12-head planetary cap-rol

Fonctionnement

Empty 5 ml plastic bottles are unscrambled by the SED-150LP-F (Φ800 disc, 0–16 rpm) and fed via mesh-chain conveyor into the monoblock. 10 independently servo-controlled filling heads dose product via 316L SS piston pumps tracking each bottle for foam-free fill at ±1% accuracy. Filled bottles index to the 12-head planetary stopper station where stoppers are pressed in. Caps are fed from an electromagnetic vibratory bowl, auto-placed and rolled by the 12-head planetary capping turret. Sensors detect missing stoppers/caps for rejection; door-open interlock stops the line.
