Fonctionnement

1) Hopper: Powdered material falls by gravity into the die. 2) Die: Provides the mold cavity; lower punch forms the base. 3) Upper and lower punches: 370 W (380V) or 550 W (220V) motor drives the upper punch downward, compressing powder into the die at up to 1.5 tons (~15 kN). Lower punch rises at end of stroke to eject the finished tablet. Fill depth and tablet thickness are independently adjustable.
