Tablets are fed via vibrating table (which also screens fine powder). Materials enter the double centrifugal turntable through the lower hopper and are queued by centrifugal force one-by-one, then evenly transported to the first-stage vacuum-suction conveyor belt at constant speed. After the first-stage photographic inspection point — capturing upper and surrounding surfaces — the material crosses to the second-stage suction conveyor belt due to the pressure differential between the two belt levels. After the second-stage inspection point — capturing the lower surface — the system compares each tablet against the detection template and automatically rejects non-conforming items; qualified tablets exit at the discharge port.
