Fonctionnement

Bottles are conveyed on a chain plate and positioned by a 12-segment indexing disc. An electromagnetic-vibration cap sorter aligns random aluminium caps into a single row for the cap-feed track. A pneumatic cylinder stoppering mechanism inserts the rubber stopper into the bottle neck. The single-head crimping station then rolls and seals the aluminium cap. The system automatically stops dispensing and crimping when no bottle is detected. The machine is controlled by a Siemens PLC and touchscreen HMI; main control system and VFD015S21D variable-frequency drive by Schneider.

Nettoyage et entretien

Power off before cleaning. Wipe contact parts and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners on stainless steel or nylon parts. Check all fastening screws for tightness before and after each run.
