Fonctionnement
Bottles are orientated by the bottle-sorting machine and fed onto the conveyor belt into the rotary filling station. The peristaltic pump meters the preset volume from the HMI into each bottle (without direct product contact). The vibratory bowl automatically sorts and drops caps onto the bottle mouth. The capping station tightens the cap automatically. Bottles are conveyed into the labelling machine for label application. The entire line is controlled by PLC + HMI touchscreen.
