SED-1-1YTG-L (Custom) is a fully automatic single-head filling and press-capping all-in-one machine for tall slim emulsion bottles. Production sequence: manual bottle loading → single-head auto piston filling → auto cap

Fonctionnement

The operator manually loads bottles onto the conveyor chain plate. When the detection sensor detects a bottle, the single-head piston filler (or magnetic pump, depending on material flow) dispenses a preset volume (one-way valve prevents dripping). The vibratory-bowl cap sorter automatically orientates and places caps onto the bottle mouth. The press-capping station presses the caps tight. Finished bottles are conveyed out for manual packing. The entire line is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC + Weinview 7-inch touchscreen, with Delta servo and VFD drives.
