Fonctionnement

The buffer infeed unit steadily feeds bottles into the linear filling zone. The servo-piston drive dispenses the HMI-preset volume (10–100 mL) into each bottle via a single independently controlled fill head with no-bottle-no-fill interlock. The cap sorter orientates and delivers caps to the capping station, where automatic capping is performed. Batch counts accumulate automatically. The entire line is controlled by a Siemens PLC + HMI and variable-frequency drives.
