Fonctionnement
Vials are conveyed onto a 12-station nylon-1010 indexing dial. At the fill station, a custom stainless-steel pump dispenses liquid into each vial with ±1% accuracy. Indexing advances vials to the stoppering station: a positioning device places and presses a full rubber stopper into the vial neck. Capping station: vibratory bowl orients aluminum caps; automatic placer drops them on vials; three-knife crimper rolls cap edges to seal. Variable-frequency drive controls overall throughput. Pneumatic actuation throughout (Airtac).
