Fonctionnement

Sugar or gel base is dissolved and cooked in the 50 L jacketed tilting tank (electric heating, edge-scraping stirrer). The molten candy mass is fed by gravity/pump into the depositor head. The operator actuates the foot pedal to trigger pneumatic depositing—10–30 strokes/min—dispensing a fixed volume of candy into each mold cavity. Aluminum molds (PTFE-coated) cool and release the candy pieces after setting.
