Fonctionnement

Pulsating-vacuum saturated-steam sterilization. Process flow: Auto-preparation → Pulsating vacuum (water-ring pump alternates vacuum/steam to expel cold air) → Heat-up (saturated steam at 0.25 MPa raises temperature to 105–139°C; latent-heat condensation provides high-temperature wet environment for microbial kill) → Sterilization (PLC holds setpoint for programmed time) → Drying (vacuum + jacket heating) → End. Two independent Pt100 sensors monitor chamber. ASCO/CIS hydrophobic valve system prevents reverse contamination post-sterilization.
