A high-power three-phase industrial blower (ADC-12 aluminum alloy housing, high-temp bearings to 250 C, F-grade QZY-2/180 enameled wire) creates vacuum at the suction port (32 mm or 38 mm). Air laden with dust enters the bucket, where the polyurethane-coated non-woven cartridge filter (filter area 2.3-3.67 m2 depending on cartridge) captures particles. Clean air exits through the blower exhaust. A real-time vacuum gauge displays the pressure drop across the filter; when the gauge exceeds ~50% of the rating, the operator (or an automatic timed/pulse-jet auto-cleaner if equipped) reverse-pulses the filter to dislodge collected dust into the bucket. The dust is reusable since the suction is non-contact / contamination-free.

Nettoyage et entretien

Filter cleaning: turn off the unit, remove bucket lid, loosen filter nut, then either rinse with water (dry completely before reuse) or blow with compressed air from inside out. Use only water or neutral detergent for surface cleaning — no gasoline or solvents. Do not vacuum water or viscous liquids. Empty the bucket and wipe the unit and accessories with a damp cloth after each use. Inspect suction ports, hose and filter for blockages regularly to avoid motor overload; replace cracked hose. Monitor the vacuum gauge during operation — clean filter immediately if it exceeds ~50% of rated pressure.
