Fonctionnement

Wet material is fed uniformly into the vibrating trough by a feeder. Vibration drives material in a horizontal jumping-and-advancing motion across the perforated bed plate (φ2 mm holes, 1.5 mm SS304 plate). Steam-heated hot air enters through three DN400 inlets (soft-connected), rises through the bed exchanging heat with the material, and exits through the exhaust port; dried product discharges from the outlet. Dual-frequency ZDS25-6 vibration motors provide balanced operation with low noise and long life. A cooling section downstream using the 1.5 kW cooling blower (4-72-2.8A) can be integrated for post-drying cooling.

Sight glasses and inspection ports on upper box allow visual inspection. Bed plate and box cover can be opened for manual cleaning. SS304 wetted surfaces. No CIP cycle described.
