Fonctionnement

The machine operates by placing loaded vials on temperature-controlled shelves inside a vacuum drying chamber. The refrigeration system (two compressors) freezes the product; a vacuum pump then lowers pressure to below 5 Pa so that ice sublimes directly into vapour, which is captured by the condenser (≥6 kg ice capacity). Hot vapour or electric heating performs condenser defrost. An optional hydraulic capping device stopper-presses the vials under vacuum before chamber venting.
