Fonctionnement

Steam and air are mixed inside the chamber and force-circulated by one or more high-energy dual-speed blowers, providing uniform temperature distribution via adjustable counter-pressure. The counter-pressure protects sealed plastic containers from deformation during sterilisation. After the sterilisation hold phase, the internal cooling coil (fed with cooling water) condenses the mixed gas and evaporates residual surface moisture, so products exit dry for immediate labelling and packaging.
