Steam (or electrically heated water) is the heat source. Two sterilisation modes: steam sterilisation (direct steam) and water sterilisation (boiler steam heats chamber water to the target temperature). High-temperature high-pressure conditions kill bacteria and extend product shelf life. Pneumatic valve for pressure control; electric-contact pressure gauge for automation.
