Fonctionnement
Pure saturated steam produced by the built-in SUS304 steam generator is admitted to the chamber via GEMU double-seal pneumatic angle valves. A water-ring vacuum pump evacuates residual cold air and provides post-sterilisation drying. Steam condenses on load surfaces, releasing latent heat and raising chamber temperature to the sterilisation set-point (105–134 °C). A 0.2 μm sterile air filter compensates for negative pressure during cooling. Double-door safety interlocks prevent opening while chamber is under pressure or above safe temperature.
