Fonctionnement

The machine uses vacuum freeze-drying technology: the product is first frozen, then placed under vacuum so that the frozen moisture sublimates directly from the solid phase to the gas phase (bypassing the liquid phase). Silicone oil circulates through the shelves to provide controlled, uniform heating that drives sublimation. The cold trap captures the sublimated water vapor. An automatic capping mechanism stopper vials in-situ at the end of the drying cycle under vacuum, preventing re-hydration.
