Fonctionnement
Saturated water steam acts on microorganisms in the load for a defined time, denaturing proteins and causing cell death to achieve sterilization. After door sealing, the chamber fills with water and heats to generate saturated steam; positive-pressure pulsating exhaust (6-level cold-air purge) thoroughly removes cold air. The unit holds working pressure 0.22 MPa and temperature 105~135°C for the programmed time. After sterilization, 6 selectable pressure-relief rates accommodate different load types. A condenser + forced-air + two-stage water-cooling system enables rapid cooling and short door-open waiting time.
