Funcionamiento

Feed stage: a vibrating bowl feeds cylindrical desiccants into the working area and arranges them in order. Detection & counting: high-resolution sensors monitor desiccant quantity and status in real time; PLC counts each piece. Insertion: when desiccants reach the designated position, a pneumatic device precisely inserts them into the bottle; the bottle-stopping device then releases the filled bottle and stops the next one. Monitoring: PLC supervises the entire process in real time; parameters and fault diagnostics are accessible via the touchscreen HMI.

Proceso de funcionamiento

1Feed stage: a vibrating bowl feeds cylindrical desiccants into the working area and arranges them in order.

2Detection & counting: high-resolution sensors monitor desiccant quantity and status in real time; PLC counts each piece.

3Insertion: when desiccants reach the designated position, a pneumatic device precisely inserts them into the bottle; the bottle-stopping device then releases the filled bottle and stops the next one.
