Funcionamiento
A pulsed electromagnet beneath the hopper causes the bowl to vibrate vertically. Due to the inclined leaf springs, the bowl simultaneously undergoes torsional oscillation around its vertical axis. Caps inside the bowl are driven up a spiral track by this combined vibration and delivered in correct orientation to the outlet, ready for the capping process.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1A pulsed electromagnet beneath the hopper causes the bowl to vibrate vertically.
2Due to the inclined leaf springs, the bowl simultaneously undergoes torsional oscillation around its vertical axis.
3Caps inside the bowl are driven up a spiral track by this combined vibration and delivered in correct orientation to the outlet, ready for the capping process.
