SED-Z-Z is a fully automatic cap-orientation and elevation machine . It uses the eccentric center-of-mass principle of bottle caps to automatically sort and orient caps before lifting them to the capping station. Correct
Funcionamiento
Caps are loaded directly into the cap channel/tray. The cap-sorting elevator conveyor uses the eccentric weight distribution of each cap: a correctly oriented cap (center of mass positioned correctly) grips the ascending belt and is conveyed upward; an incorrectly oriented cap (reversed or tilted) loses grip and falls back into the hopper for re-sorting. Sorted caps are then delivered via conveyor belt to the placement station, where a positioning device places each cap onto the moving bottle top. The entire cap orientation and placement process requires no manual intervention.
