Funcionamiento
Filler: 4-head metering pump plunger volumetric filling (no wear, low noise, anti-foam, handles viscous/particle-bearing materials). Cap sealer: 4-jaw balanced sealing head first deforms cap then thread-rolls and flanges. Elevator cap feeder: inclined lift/lower, compact. Crawler cap presser: synchronized chain-plate pressing leaves no marks. Labeler: PLC coordinates conveyor chain and label station speed; Leuze (Germany) label sensor; 360° rotating touchscreen; no-object no-label / no-label auto-calibrate. Laser coder: CO2 metallic RF laser + high-speed galvo head, no consumables. Carton sealer: belt drive + top/back flap auto-fold + fast flat press.
