Funcionamiento
Filler: 4-head tracking-type filling, PLC button control. Gear pump supplies product at 3 t/h. Cap screwer: manual cap loading + 8-wheel running screw, no cap damage, adjustable for multiple bottle types. Labeler: conveyor → bottle separation → correction → bottle-press → label peel → label application → bottle guide; VFD-synchronized bottle-press conveyor, mechanical synchronous drive ensures label consistency.
