SED-YTGX-V — Essential-Oil Bottle Liquid Filling Production Line

Bottles are oriented on the 500 mm round-bottle unscrambler turntable (220V/0.12 kW). Each bottle enters the 6-nozzle air rinser where nozzles dive into the bottle to seal the mouth and simultaneously blow and suck-back to remove particulates (no liquid waste). On the integrated SED-4-2GX-V machine, bottles index into a 4-station filling area where high-precision SS cam-pump nozzles dose 4 bottles simultaneously (HMI dose/speed entry, no-bottle-no-fill alarm). Caps are vibratory-bowl-fed into a chute aligned above the dial slot; bottle indexing carries the cap through 2-station place + 2-station screw-tighten with safety guard enclosure.
