SED-YTGX-A — Línea de llenado de líquidos

Filler: the servo motor rotates the lead-screw nut up and down; the nut drives the piston in the material cylinder in a reciprocating motion. When the piston moves down, the three-way valve closes and material is drawn from the hopper into the cylinder. When the piston moves up, the three-way valve opens and the piston squeezes product through the discharge hose and filling head into the waiting bottle. Cap-tightener: as bottles move forward, the cap is automatically tightened by three sets of friction rollers.
