SED-YDT-I — Automatic Round Bottle Labeling Machine SED-YDT-I

Bottles are manually loaded or conveyed to the infeed belt. The bottle-separating mechanism (flexible-material separator wheels) spaces the bottles evenly along the center guide rail. When the bottle detection sensor (KEYENCE FS-N18N) detects a bottle, the servo label-feeding engine starts, drives the label tape forward, and the LEUZE GS61/6.2 label sensor detects the label gap to stop label feeding precisely, causing the peel plate to separate the label. The label is applied to the bottle surface and then pressed flush by the label-rolling mechanism (high-density foam) as the bottle rotates through it.
