Funcionamiento
Products are placed on the conveyor (which can be connected to a production line). The separator mechanism spaces the bottles apart. A sensor detects each passing bottle and sends a signal to the labeling control system, which drives the appropriate motor to dispense and apply the label at the correct position. A pressing mechanism simultaneously adheres the label flat, completing one labeling cycle. Process flow: load bottles → convey → separate → detect → position → label and press → collect labeled bottles.
