Funcionamiento

An angled/screw-wheel roller conveyor separates and spaces the bottles, securing each one on its side. A photoelectric bottle sensor detects the passing bottle and signals the PLC; the PLC commands a stepper/labelling motor to advance the self-adhesive label tape until the gap-between-labels photo sensor sees the next gap. The label peels off the backing, attaches to the leading edge of the bottle, and the roller-press mechanism spins the bottle so the label wraps around evenly without bubbles or wrinkles. An optional ribbon coder embosses production date/batch number on the label before application. Waste backing paper rewinds onto a take-up reel.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Wipe outer/inner machine surfaces and feeder rail with a clean wet/dry towel before and after each shift; open the hood to wipe internals. Clean mechanical parts with detergent (alcohol). Use a dry cloth on the touch screen, signal lights and photoelectric sensor windows/pressure switch. Clean the inlet air filter; wipe cylinders/spring rods then apply a few drops of pneumatic-specific oil. Do not disassemble valves yourself — contact manufacturer. Lubricate the conveyor transmission chain and label-disc adjustment knob monthly with oil (0–35°C) or every 3 months with grease (>35/<0°C); rolling bearings every 3 months with grease. Dust the electrical control cabinet weekly.
