Funcionamiento
Product is fed into the lower 304 stainless steel feed hopper. The cleated food-grade belt with 30 mm skirts and 30 mm cleated dams at 80 mm pitch carries product up the incline driven by a 2.3 kW servo motor through a 1:50 planetary gearbox. Schneider proximity switches signal position; AirTAC pneumatic cylinder handles the diverter or tensioner. Product discharges through the Y-shaped 304 stainless hopper at the top.
