Funcionamiento
Two-stage stacked sleeve-shrink wrapping: Products (e.g., pharmaceutical boxes) are conveyed on a specialized mesh-belt transport structure into the SED-18RS-K sleeve-sealing stage, where 500 mm wide PVC/POF/PE shrink film wraps the product in a cuff (sleeve) style and international leading cold-cut technology seals and cuts quickly with low power consumption; a mis-cut protection device guards the seal. The sealed product is then conveyed into the SED-15FQ-F shrink tunnel (550 mm film width, PVC/POF compatible) with a unique hot-air recirculation system that evenly shrinks the film tightly around the product. The entire line is PLC-controlled.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Two-stage stacked sleeve-shrink wrapping: Products (e.g., pharmaceutical boxes) are conveyed on a specialized mesh-belt transport structure into the SED-18RS-K sleeve-sealing stage, where 500 mm wide PVC/POF/PE shrink film wraps the product in a cuff (sleeve) style and international leading cold-cut technology seals and cuts quickly with low power consumption; a mis-cut protection device guards the seal.
