Funcionamiento
Roll-form heat-shrink film is unwound by a stepper-motor-driven feed mechanism. A pneumatic cutter slices the film to a preset length per bottle. A guide device opens the cut sleeve and positions it above the bottle. A lifting pneumatic cylinder drives a clamping mechanism that drops the sleeve onto the bottle cap or neck. The conveyor belt then transports the sleeved bottle into a downstream heat-shrink tunnel for final shrink shaping. Photoelectric sensors detect missing labels or jams and pause the line.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-shift inspection of cutter blade, film path rollers, and clamping mechanism. Clean residual film fragments after each batch. Wipe stainless surfaces; do not let liquid enter the PLC cabinet. Lubricate stepper drive components per maintenance schedule.
