Funcionamiento
Material is fed into the machine via a vibratory bowl onto 16 separating channels (8 × 2 array) where pieces line up single-file. Photoelectric sensors above each channel detect each piece passing and send count pulses to a Siemens 1200 PLC. When the preset count for one bottle/bag is reached, the discharge gate releases the batch through a vibrated outlet (preventing sticking) into a bottle or pouch underneath. A buffer system stores extra material to avoid stops; a reject station kicks out off-spec pieces. The PLC + Siemens KTP1200 HMI lets the operator set count per package, monitor totals and trace history.
Proceso de funcionamiento
