Funcionamiento
Sample softgel is placed centrally on the lower pressure plate (Phi 120 mm). The Phi 10 mm cylindrical probe descends at programmed speed (1–300 mm/min) under control of a precision screw pair driven by a fully-digital servo/reducer. A high-precision load cell records force vs displacement at 0.001 N resolution and 0.01 mm position resolution. Compression mode characterises hardness and elasticity; puncture mode records peak force at shell rupture and the deformation at rupture, giving shell strength and toughness. Real-time curves render on the touchscreen; per-run Max value is auto-saved; multi-run Max/Min/Mean are computed and printable.
