SED-RJC-H — 10-Station Auto-Rotating

Sample softgels are placed at stations on the 10-position rotating turret. The Phi 10 mm cylindrical upper probe descends at programmed test speed (1–300 mm/min) driven by a precision screw pair via a fully-digital servo / reducer. A high-precision load cell records force vs displacement in real time. Two test modes: compression — measure deformation under fixed load or load required to reach fixed deformation; puncture — measure peak force at gelatin shell rupture and deformation at rupture, characterising shell strength and toughness. The turret indexes to the next station and repeats. On-board software stores Max / Min / Mean of the batch and prints the report.
