Funcionamiento
Products pass through a screw wheel (mei-hua wheel) feeding mechanism onto the conveyor. A bottle inspection sensor detects each product and signals the PLC. The 5-phase stepper motor drives the label head, applying the self-adhesive label using a polyurethane rolling mechanism. A label sync orientation mechanism ensures +/-0.5mm precision.

1Products pass through a screw wheel (mei-hua wheel) feeding mechanism onto the conveyor.
