SED-PMJ-G — SED-PMJ-G Continuous Inkjet Printer
La descripción completa de este modelo aún se está traduciendo. Consulte los detalles en inglés o solicite información a nuestro equipo. English
SED-PMJ-G is a continuous-inkjet (CIJ) coding/printer for non-contact marking on virtually any product surface. Ink is forced through the spray cavity to form a continuous line that a piezo crystal oscillator breaks into
Funcionamiento
Ink is pressurized through the spray-cavity nozzle to form a continuous jet; a crystal oscillator vibrates longitudinally at high frequency, breaking the jet into uniformly sized and spaced droplets. The CPU charges each droplet via the charge electrode according to the required character pattern. Charged droplets are deflected by a high-voltage deflector plate onto the product surface to form characters; unused droplets are returned to the ink system via the recycle device.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-production cleaning: wipe outer surface and inside machine box with clean wet towel; wipe print head with wet towel. Post-shift cleaning: wipe inside and outside of machine and print head with clean wet towel. Weekly: check machine box and all connections by sight. Monthly: inspect moving parts for flexibility and wear. 4–6 months: replace main filter, pre-pump filter, diluting filter, and vacuum filter based on actual use. Annually: check and replace vacuum pump. Every 3 years: check and replace gear pump. Spray-head cleaning: place a container below the head, fill special wash bottle with cleaning agent, rinse nozzle, charge electrode, detection electrode, and high-voltage deflector; wipe each part dry with tissue.
