Funcionamiento
The instrument shares a controlled water-bath frame and MPU + LCD operator panel across four test modes: (1) Dissolution — three glass vessels with three paddles or three baskets in one row; magnetic-pump water circulation maintains 20–40 °C ±0.3 °C; paddle/basket speed 20–200 rpm ±2 rpm; timing 1–900 min ±0.5 min. (2) Disintegration — two nacelle assemblies with 6 glass tubes total; up-and-down frequency 30–32 cycles/min, stroke 55±2 mm. (3) Friability — one rotating drum (inner dia 286 mm, depth 39 mm, tablet falling height 156 mm) at 25±1 rpm for a programmed count of 100±1 turns. (4) Hardness — high-precision pressure transducer; tablets are loaded manually, motor advances the platen and pressure is automatically applied; range 2–199 N ±1 N for tablet diameters 3–40 mm; auto display, auto latch, auto reset, auto cycle.

Drain and refill bath fluid per maintenance schedule (empty and refresh cycle liquid; change cycle liquid as needed). Clean SUS 316L baskets/paddles after each test set; replace bath water periodically. Power off before maintenance or moving the instrument.
