SED-PGJJ-C Metal Detector & Capsule Polish Integrated Machine combines capsule dust removal, polishing, lifting, metal foreign-body separation, and empty-capsule sorting. A single integrated control box drives both units
Funcionamiento
The capsule filler outlet connects directly to the capsule polishing machine inlet — no auxiliary equipment needed. Capsules discharge instantly; a variable-frequency brush removes dust and polishes. Capsules then pass through the stainless-steel fully-sealed metal detection coil; capsules containing metal are rejected from the reject-unit waste port. Good capsules fall obliquely into the capsule sorting device where empty, broken, and under-filled capsules are vacuumed into the waste bin; good capsules slide to the outlet.

Metal detector: pull out the material passage channel, loosen two torx handles, remove the reject unit to clean. Capsule polishing machine: tool-free disassembly of inlet, polishing barrel, polishing brush shaft, outlet and capsule sorting device; polishing brush shaft can be ultrasonically cleaned. After cleaning all components, blow dry with compressed air. Clean vacuum cleaner dust bin regularly. The dedicated dust outlet can connect to the capsule filler suction port or an external vacuum cleaner.
