Funcionamiento
Filter-paper roll, cotton thread roll and label paper roll are loaded onto the machine. The film former pulls filter paper through a collar and folds it into a flat bag form. A volumetric/electronic measuring system fills the dosed material into the half-formed bag; heat-seal jaws seal the three sides of the flat bag (top, bottom and side) while simultaneously attaching a length of cotton thread and a printed tag (label) to the top seam. The web is then cut into individual finished tea bags and counted into the discharge tray.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Filter-paper roll, cotton thread roll and label paper roll are loaded onto the machine.
2The film former pulls filter paper through a collar and folds it into a flat bag form.
3A volumetric/electronic measuring system fills the dosed material into the half-formed bag; heat-seal jaws seal the three sides of the flat bag (top, bottom and side) while simultaneously attaching a length of cotton thread and a printed tag (label) to the top seam.
4The web is then cut into individual finished tea bags and counted into the discharge tray.
