SED-MCY3-A — Sealing Tester

Sample is placed inside the vacuum chamber (Φ270 × 210 mm H standard, larger sizes available). Method 1 — water immersion: sample is submerged; the chamber is evacuated to a set vacuum (down to −98 kPa) and held; air bubbles emerging from the sample indicate seal failure. Method 2 — dry expansion/recovery: sample is placed dry; the chamber is evacuated, the operator observes whether the package expands and whether it recovers shape after vacuum release; deformation or collapse indicates seal failure. Programmed sequence handles evacuation, hold, top-up, timing, blow-back and printing automatically.
