Funcionamiento
After the cap (containing an aluminium-foil liner) is applied to the bottle, the bottle is conveyed under the induction sealing head where an oscillating electromagnetic field is generated. Eddy currents heat the aluminium foil rapidly; the polymer film on the underside of the foil melts and flows onto the lip of the container; on cooling the polymer bonds the foil to the container, producing a hermetic seal.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Wipe outer and inner machine surfaces and conveyor belt with a clean damp cloth before and after each shift; open the hood and wipe internals. Use detergent or alcohol on mechanical parts. Use a dry cloth on touch screen and signal lights. Keep fan inlet/outlet clear. Check water level between MAX and MIN marks and top up as needed. Replace purified water and clean the water tank every 6 months. Do not disassemble valves yourself — contact manufacturer. Lubricate transmission chain and width-adjustment knob monthly (with lubricating oil in 0–35 °C environments) or every 3 months with grease (above 35 °C or below 0 °C). Dust the electrical control cabinet weekly.
