Funcionamiento
Goods are placed inside the chamber and the entry door is closed; a mechanical interlock prevents both doors from opening simultaneously. A photoelectric line sensor detects cargo presence and triggers the cycle. The 1.1 kW single-phase fan draws room air through the internal HEPA filter (570 × 570 × 69 mm) and pushes filtered air through 18 nozzles (9 per side) at high velocity, sweeping particles off cargo surfaces. Particulate-laden air recycles through pre-filter and HEPA. After the programmed shower time (0–99 s, typical 15–20 s), the intelligent voice prompt announces completion and the inner door unlocks.
Proceso de funcionamiento
